Pastor John Kim

Pastor John was born in Korea and moved to United States when he was in 5th grade. Since then, he lived in Philadelphia, PA, graduating from Philadelphia Biblical University with an undergraduate degree and Westminister Theological Seminary with an M. Div. After seminary, he moved to Fort Lee, NJ, serving as a pastor of Worship and Arts in small multiethnic church in Teaneck, NJ. He then moved to New Haven Connecticut and joined the pastoral staff at NHKC. Currently he is residing in Hamden, CT. His responsibilities include leading IMPACT, the English Ministry for NHKC, and the youth group.

David Hwang, Worship Leader

David Hwang was born in the U.S, I think. He grew up in Pennsylvania and California, until he went to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for undergraduate. He served in campus ministry, and continues to serve in IMPACT as a worship leader while he works in Sikorsky Aircraft as an valuable engineer. He loves to play his guitar and refuses to let anyone touch it without washing his or her hands first. He loves to play tennis and above all enjoys to spend his time with his friends, and fellow brothers and sisters in community group. He is an excellent chief as he cooks for the food club, which is held after Branford Community group finishes a book.
